The Help Desk Members are responsible for providing guidance, information, and support to students, parents, and visitors. They assist in resolving queries related to admissions, academics, facilities, and campus services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Assist students and visitors with general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding college procedures and services.
- Guide students to the appropriate departments or authorities.
- Address concerns politely and efficiently.
