Department of Food Service Management and Nutrition Dietetics

The Department of Food Service Management & Nutrition was established in 2023 with the aim of providing quality education. The department launched the three-year Bachelor of Science B.Sc. (F & D) program in 2023, which is affiliated with Thiruvalluvar University. Food Service Management involves running places that serve food and ensuring customers have a delightful experience. Dietetics is the study and practice of optimizing people's nutrition for their well-being during both health and illness.
